So try this: Disconnect all of your USB connected devices and then shut down (off, not restart). Boot. Once back on the desktop, connect the mouse, then restart. Then connect the other USB devices, one at a time, and restart between each.

Click on Start>>Control Panel>>Mouse
In mouse properties under Buttons tab and make sure that the first option SWITCH PRIMARY AND SECONDARY BUTTONS IS UNCHECKED
Also uncheck the last option "TURN ON CLICKLOCK"
Then click OK and check if it works
